Cancellation Policy
Fancy Pup offers services to healthy pets. Occasionally grooming or training can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. Please get your pets cleared by your veterinarian often. It is your responsibility to do so. Fancy Pup offers services to friendly pets and reserves the right to refuse service if your pet is considered to be too stressed or aggressive and/or dangerous to our staff or its own wellbeing. Senior dogs (8yrs+) may have a greater chance of acquiring an injury during the grooming process; Fancy Pup reserves the right to refuse service to dogs that are assessed as not being able to tolerate services offered at Fancy Pup. Cancellations - we ask that any changes be made 24 hours in advance.
